The Foundation of Discipline

My professional journey began at 18 in the U.S. Air Force. To prepare for boot camp, I rode my grandmother's old pedal bike to two jobs daily, choosing grit over the bus.

 

That early embrace of structure and discipline stayed with me through my first major role at Fremont Workers Compensation, where I moved from the file room to implementing new, efficient operational systems. I have always been driven to find a 'better way' to function.

The Entrepreneurial Edge

 

In Las Vegas, I aced my Real Estate license on the first attempt and eventually founded my own Notary and Signing business. 

 

Long before modern automation, I scoured the early internet to build my own marketing systems and integrated databases to manage a network of contractors.

 

When the 2006 mortgage and real estate market crashed, I didn't stop; I pivoted. I moved into sales, consistently outperforming expectations and sharing my best practices with peers to raise the collective commission board.

The Xfinity Years & The AI Pivot

 

For the last 6 years, I have been an Elite Performer at Xfinity. My success is built on self-sufficiency and a love for reports—data is what drives my goals.

 

When AI emerged, I didn't fear it; I mastered it. After a personal experience with AI helping me navigate a difficult time with my 20-year-old cat, I realized its potential for empathy and efficiency.

 

Today, I use AI to engineer scripts that de-escalate combative calls, maintain 100% compliance, and protect the company’s bottom line while helping my team succeed.

Salesforce & Data Analytics Transition

Currently completing the Salesforce Admin Trailmix, focusing on data modeling, reporting, and dashboard management. Actively pursuing PL-300 (Power BI) and Google Data Analytics certifications.

Self-taught mastery of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI. Developed custom script libraries for de-escalation and AHT (Average Handle Time) optimization.

Aced the Nevada Real Estate exam on the first attempt. Founded and managed a multi-state Notary Signing business, building proprietary contractor databases and digital marketing systems from the ground up during the early internet era.

Xfinity 

Mastered enterprise-level sales methodologies, including consultative discovery mapping and high-stakes de-escalation for regulated telecommunications. Developed an expert-level command of CRM navigation and real-time KPI data analysis to drive regional revenue goals.
